Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Bernhardt Reshauge didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 6th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Bernhardt Reshauge. Sαηgrε Azuɭ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Bernhardt Reshauge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Rodriguez in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 15th minute of play forced Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goalkeeper Bernhardt Reshauge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Bernhardt Reshauge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 18th minute. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sαηgrε Azuɭ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goalie and right to Luis Andino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Sαηgrε Azuɭ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 26 minutes into the match, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Conrado Rodriguez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Conrado Rodriguez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 29th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Rodriguez in the 33rd minute of the match. When Ur Cabral came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Sαηgrε Azuɭ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ur Cabral couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lionel-Andrés Messias in the 39th minute. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Conrado Rodriguez sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Conrado Rodriguez to make the kick off. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Rodriguez in the 56th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was a well-played corner which Gösta Blomqvist managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 64th minute Artemio Nesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Conrado Rodriguez made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Virila in the 71st minute of play. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Artemio Nesto. But to his dismay, Artemio Nesto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Orzaize in the 76th minute of the match. Jonas Ordono made a great header on Sαηgrε Azuɭ's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 89th minute. Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Jonas Ordono was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cirilo Virila blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sαηgrε Azuɭ had won after a very even match.
