In the 88th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Marcel Sanches made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
