Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cassius Byrne made the kick off which started today's match. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Meruendano in the 4th minute of play. Monty Rogers took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dragomir Marchovski. Dragomir Marchovski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Marco Day was a little too slow when Zeng Ting Xing got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-1. Union Y Progreso F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabio Cordarell in the 14th minute. The corner led Union Y Progreso F.C.'s Fabio Cordarell to fire away a dangerous shot which Marco Day despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 16thth minute of the game Cassius Byrne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Union Y Progreso F.C.'s Dragomir Marchovski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santiago Meruendano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Union Y Progreso F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Dragomir Marchovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Meruendano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cassius Byrne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Dragomir Marchovski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Meruendano came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sanchez Mendecute kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Dragomir Marchovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 30th minute of play. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Carlos Sueiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zeng Ting Xing blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Day having to make a save. Zeng Ting Xing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. It was a well-played corner which Diego Bradley managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cassius Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 43rd minute, Union Y Progreso F.C.'s Carlos Sueiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marco Day. Marco Day yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Santiago Meruendano succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 47th playminute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zeng Ting Xing to make the kick off. If Cassius Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cassius Byrne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dragomir Marchovski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeng Ting Xing in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind. When Union Y Progreso F.C.'s Zeng Ting Xing in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. Cassius Byrne might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dragomir Marchovski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cassius Byrne ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Union Y Progreso F.C.'s goalkeeper Dragomir Marchovski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pan Zheng Li's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 68thth minute of the game Santiago Meruendano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cassius Byrne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dragomir Marchovski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Dragomir Marchovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 73rd minute of the match. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Union Y Progreso F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Monty Rogers was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Monty Rogers got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dragomir Marchovski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 79 minutes, Sam Campbell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sam Campbell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeng Ting Xing in the 82nd minute of the match. Santiago Meruendano hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Zeng Ting Xing came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, USA's Khalid Parry dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. The Union Y Progreso F.C. players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
