Edvin Lundgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the game, Iker Eguzki threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Eliseo Mina struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Edvin Lundgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şakir Okcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18th match minute, HİSAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witalis Rode to maneuver through the defense. Yüce Taştekin kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Edvin Lundgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mehmet Anıl Açıker came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the HİSAR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Anıl Açıker couldn't finish the play. After having played for 29 minutes, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Mina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şakir Okcan. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by HİSAR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. After 43 played minutes HİSAR got a freekick which was hit by Iker Eguzki. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind HİSAR's goalkeeper Edvin Lundgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Milagros Fraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Lundgren having to interfere. Mehmet Anıl Açıker kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silviano Huilcaman to make the kick off. After 55 minutes of play, HİSAR's Silviano Huilcaman made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Silviano Huilcaman in the 59th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Yüce Taştekin made a throw-in in the 60th minute of the game. HİSAR's Edvin Lundgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save HİSAR from getting a goal against them. Luz Tejedor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Şakir Okcan came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silviano Huilcaman in the 70th minute of play. Şakir Okcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Rolando Noboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Edvin Lundgren in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. HİSAR's Edvin Lundgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save HİSAR from getting a goal against them. After 85 played minutes HİSAR got a freekick which was hit by Jiang Chong Wen. HİSAR's Béla Hamvas was substituted for Şakir Okcan. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. In the 87th minute, Eliseo Mina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edvin Lundgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Gallo in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvin Lundgren saved HİSAR from getting behind. Edvin Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Tenorio in the 93rd minute of the match. Edvin Lundgren was a little too slow when Rafael Gallo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 1-1. The Peru players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented HİSAR from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
