Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Felix Montes made in the 4th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Felix Montenegro immediately put the ball in play. 5 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Guanacos's Casimiro Iago. Casimiro Iago was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Guanacos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner led to Ecuador's Luis Andino getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Casimiro Iago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 11 minutes in the game, Cristian Sancho dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guanacos's goalie prevented a goal. 17 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casimiro Iago. Guanacos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 21 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casimiro Iago was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Casimiro Iago. Guanacos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of play forced Guanacos's goalkeeper Casimiro Iago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 minutes, Felix Montenegro made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Guanacos's Casimiro Iago tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th minute of the game Camilo Gisbert made a throw-in which Luis Andino played forward. 38 minutes into the match, Guanacos's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Casimiro Iago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Iago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Guanacos defense, Agustín Saelices kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casimiro Iago. The Guanacos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casimiro Iago should have stopped the shot. Casimiro Iago came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig. But to his dismay, Juan Sebastián Puig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eustacio Lamberto was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casimiro Iago was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 54th minute, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. 57 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casimiro Iago. The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casimiro Iago was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Casimiro Iago made a huge save. 65 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Luis Andino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casimiro Iago narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guanacos's goalkeeper Casimiro Iago, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 68th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Iago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Casimiro Iago made a huge save. Casimiro Iago was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 0-14. After 75 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. After 79 minutes of play, Ecuador's Luis Andino made it 0-15 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casimiro Iago was left in no man's land by his defense there! 82 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-16. Casimiro Iago was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Casimiro Iago made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Guanacos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Juan Sebastián Puig scored to the left of an out of position Casimiro Iago, making the score, 0-17. In the 91st minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Casimiro Iago. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-18. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Guanacos.
