Valter Klack showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koulis Kouloucheris in the 15th minute of the match. Bai Yu Xiong hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The free kick resulted in a very good chance to score when Bai Yu Xiong kicked a really tricky shot on goal. Loukas Kois never had to step in, however, because the ball went just left of the goal. The audience was convinced that Carlinhos Félix's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Loukas Kois was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 20th minute Koulis Kouloucheris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valter Klack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 minutes, Takis Kanavidis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kerkyra FC and the Here Comes the Hammer players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, Takis Kanavidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kerkyra FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Carlinhos Félix scored to the left of an out of position Loukas Kois, making the score, 3-0. Giorgos Maragozis's late challenge caught a Here Comes the Hammer's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giorgos Maragozis helped the player get up and apologised. Giorgos Maragozis hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Kerkyra FC's Loukas Kois proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Kerkyra FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Here Comes the Hammer getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Bai Yu Xiong hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Koulis Kouloucheris made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Kerkyra FC's zone, Carlinhos Félix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Loukas Kois came out of the goal and Carlinhos Félix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Alves charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Alves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stig Eskilsson in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Loukas Kois saved Kerkyra FC from getting behind. Loukas Kois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bai Yu Xiong in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Here Comes the Hammer's goalkeeper Valter Klack had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Koulis Kouloucheris. Here Comes the Hammer's Stig Eskilsson got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Koulis Kouloucheris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Valter Klack made a huge save. Bai Yu Xiong charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bai Yu Xiong the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes Here Comes the Hammer got a freekick which was hit by Bai Yu Xiong. Valter Klack made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kostas Kazakopoulos in the 85th minute. Kostas Kazakopoulos spun around in front of the goal 85 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Here Comes the Hammer's goal. After 87 played minutes Kerkyra FC got a freekick which was hit by Eutichios Dridakis. After having played for 88 minutes, Fan Qiang Yuan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Here Comes the Hammer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fan Qiang Yuan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Kerkyra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stig Eskilsson came free, but Loukas Kois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Here Comes the Hammer's Stig Eskilsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Loukas Kois made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. When the referee ended the match the Here Comes the Hammer players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
