The supporters of Kerkyra FC booed when Saint Côme de Fresné was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bryan Le Thiec didn't get a good kick on the ball. Koulis Kouloucheris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Gameiro Lenoble made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Darren Mignot during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gameiro Lenoble took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koulis Kouloucheris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gameiro Lenoble came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Kerkyra FC's Kostas Kazakopoulos. But to his dismay, Kostas Kazakopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Giorgos Maragozis scored 2-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gameiro Lenoble, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gameiro Lenoble made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentinos Kanellakis in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Pascal Pont was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saint Côme de Fresné's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kerkyra FC the free kick. A collision led to Saint Côme de Fresné getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Pascal Pont hit a great ball. Valentinos Kanellakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Takis Kanavidis fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kerkyra FC's protests and gave Takis Kanavidis a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Erwin Jury managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saint Côme de Fresné's supporters rose to their feet, but Erwin Jury was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Loukas Kois breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 38 played minutes Saint Côme de Fresné got a freekick which was hit by Pascal Pont. After 39 played minutes, Kerkyra FC's Koulis Kouloucheris shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gameiro Lenoble came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kerkyra FC reached it. Valentinos Kanellakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Gameiro Lenoble made a huge save. A collision led to Saint Côme de Fresné getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Darren Mignot hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erwin Jury stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Koulis Kouloucheris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Kerkyra FC's Daniel Alves seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Daniel Alves the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kerkyra FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Daniel Alves had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Kerkyra FC's Daniel Alves got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 58th minute, Steve Carrier sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kerkyra FC's Loukas Kois didn't even have to move. A collision led to Saint Côme de Fresné getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Pascal Pont hit a great ball. Bryan Le Thiec kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Erwin Jury spun around in front of the goal 67 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Kerkyra FC's goal. After a rather tough play, Kerkyra FC's Theofilos Tripitsidis got a free kick in the 75th minute. Gameiro Lenoble showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentinos Kanellakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Bryan Le Thiec hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Loukas Kois successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 95th minute, Giorgos Maragozis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gameiro Lenoble was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Kerkyra FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
