Saint Côme de Fresné's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emil Paulin ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 10 minutes, Erwin Jury mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saint Côme de Fresné and the Here Comes the Hammer players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erwin Jury kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Pascal Pont hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Valdir Velloso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gameiro Lenoble was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After 20 minutes Saint Côme de Fresné's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emil Paulin who took care of the corner kick. In the 23rd minute Valdir Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gameiro Lenoble saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, John Eriksson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gameiro Lenoble was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Dan Carrette fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saint Côme de Fresné's protests and gave Dan Carrette a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th minute, Dan Carrette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdir Velloso in the 30th minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Gameiro Lenoble to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erwin Jury ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers John Eriksson in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gameiro Lenoble saved Saint Côme de Fresné from getting behind. Here Comes the Hammer's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emil Paulin in the 42nd minute. The corner led Here Comes the Hammer's Emil Paulin to fire away a dangerous shot which Gameiro Lenoble despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gameiro Lenoble made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murilo Maranhense in the 43rd minute of play. When Here Comes the Hammer's Murilo Maranhense in 44 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Gameiro Lenoble guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The Here Comes the Hammer fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Here Comes the Hammer's Murilo Maranhense looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 47th minute John Eriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gameiro Lenoble saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erwin Jury stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdir Velloso in the 53rd minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Gameiro Lenoble to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valdir Velloso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Gameiro Lenoble made a huge save. In the 61st minute of the match, John Eriksson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gameiro Lenoble was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In a very dangerous position, a player in Saint Côme de Fresné fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! Gameiro Lenoble went to the wrong direction when Murilo Maranhense was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Gameiro Lenoble didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Here Comes the Hammer's Valdir Velloso shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Here Comes the Hammer's Gustav Larsfelt was substituted for Lei Lei Feng. Gameiro Lenoble acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 76th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Emil Paulin. The crowd rose to their feet as John Eriksson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gameiro Lenoble. That made the score 0-4 in the 78 minute of play. Charles Björkqvist came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Saint Côme de Fresné's Davy Poirrier. But to his dismay, Davy Poirrier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlinhos Félix in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gameiro Lenoble prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gameiro Lenoble made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when John Eriksson sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murilo Maranhense in the 89th minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Gameiro Lenoble to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Gameiro Lenoble, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dan Carrette made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Here Comes the Hammer's Yu Xiong Yan. If Carlinhos Félix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlinhos Félix in the 94th minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Gameiro Lenoble to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gameiro Lenoble stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlinhos Félix's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Here Comes the Hammer's Carlinhos Félix got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
