Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lenílson Peres started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Femke Bol got control of the ball when Alexsandro Cardoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luís Fernando Almeida came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Figueira SC FSCMZ's Pastor Gitano. But to his dismay, Pastor Gitano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Pastor Gitano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Fernando Almeida was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Febre Amarela defense, Pastor Gitano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Fernando Almeida. The Febre Amarela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Fernando Almeida should have stopped the shot. Alexsandro Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Femke Bol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Femke Bol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexsandro Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 30th match minute, Figueira SC FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Gitano to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute Cássio Guimarães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fernando Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Femke Bol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexsandro Cardoso in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Figueira SC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Femke Bol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Leão. In the 39th minute, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Bernhard Kuinke seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bernhard Kuinke the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Figueira SC FSCMZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bernhard Kuinke had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 39th minute, one of Figueira SC FSCMZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Figueira SC FSCMZ.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pastor Gitano to make the kick off. In the 58th minute, Cássio Guimarães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Figueira SC FSCMZ getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Cássio Guimarães hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Alexsandro Cardoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Femke Bol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Leão hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Luís Fernando Almeida made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şakir Aydınoğlu in the 66th minute. In the 72nd minute, Pastor Gitano reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luís Fernando Almeida. The goal made the score 0-3. 77 minutes into the match, Febre Amarela's Washington Lago broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Pastor Gitano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Luís Fernando Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pastor Gitano came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Figueira SC FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pastor Gitano couldn't finish the play. Febre Amarela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Pastor Gitano scored to the left of an out of position Luís Fernando Almeida, making the score, 0-4. Febre Amarela's Luís Fernando Almeida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Febre Amarela from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded Figueira SC FSCMZ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Febre Amarela.
