In the 11th minute Jens-Ove Malm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fernando Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11thth minute of the game Jens-Ove Malm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Febre Amarela's Luís Fernando Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens-Ove Malm in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Fernando Almeida prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Siqueira in the 14th minute of play forced Febre Amarela's goalkeeper Luís Fernando Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Fernando Almeida came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Jens-Ove Malm. But to his dismay, Jens-Ove Malm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Amauri Félix was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alexsandro Cardoso showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 19 minute of play. In the 26th minute Thiago Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fernando Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Fernando Almeida didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jens-Ove Malm went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Luís Fernando Almeida was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jens-Ove Malm made a kick off. With a little luck, Febre Amarela's Luís Fernando Almeida got control of the ball when Jens-Ove Malm tried to sneak it across the goal line. Febre Amarela's Luís Fernando Almeida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Febre Amarela from getting a goal against them. Luís Fernando Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Malm in the 61st minute of play. Paulo Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Lenílson Gomes was substituted for Tolgahan Onatkan. Amauri Félix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adil Vavasseur, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birol Celilay in the 93rd minute of play forced Febre Amarela's goalkeeper Luís Fernando Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Febre Amarela defense, Marcos Siqueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Fernando Almeida. The Febre Amarela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Fernando Almeida should have stopped the shot.
