An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Moraes in the 3rd minute of play forced ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucio Morningstar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Betão Marquez kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 9th play minute Brandon Norton came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rodriguinho Sousa. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Lucio Morningstar got a free kick in the 15th minute. ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Igor Milko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Rodriguinho Sousa made a huge save. Igor Milko kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sousa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Milko. 27 minutes into the game, Deilmison van Basten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rodriguinho Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sousa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Deilmison van Basten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute, Dagoberto Moraes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Deilmison van Basten made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Betão Marquez was slow to take the kick. During this time ATHLETICO PRaiano's players had a chance to rest. The audience thought a goal was coming when Deilmison van Basten got free with Valentin Bernal in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodriguinho Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the game, Deilmison van Basten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Valentin Bernal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ made a substitution. Cayetano Monico replaced Igor Milko. ATHLETICO PRaiano made a substitution. Heitor Maldini replaced Betão Marquez. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Luiz Paulo Dracena managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gaétan Govou in the 87 minute of the game. Valentin Bernal made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Deilmison van Basten sent off a good shot on target. Luiz Paulo Dracena hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing ATHLETICO PRaiano to leave the ground with a draw.
