Valentin Bernal made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Wieslaw Szkaradek sent off a good shot on target. 11 minutes into the match, Chinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dagoberto Moraes came free, but Gui Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute Igor Milko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gui Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Wiliam Mello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valentin Bernal. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wiliam Mello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Valentin Bernal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slaveyko Neev in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to Chinho FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Dieter Breves hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Wieslaw Szkaradek kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valentin Bernal. That made the score 2-0 in the 30 minute of play. Gui Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Slaveyko Neev made a great header on Chinho FC's corner, it was just that Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Valentin Bernal managed to reach the ball for a save. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chinho FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Brandon Norton was slow to take the kick. During this time Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's players had a chance to rest. Gui Almeida didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Milko went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Igor Milko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gui Almeida having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Igor Milko dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Gui Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Bernal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksandr Krieser, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Chinho FC's Gui Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Monico in the 96th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
