In the 12th minute of the match, Paul Gheară tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Liu Chen Jian saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gavino Abarca's late challenge caught a Brasil off's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leo Ortzi to make the kick off. But to his dismay, Leo Ortzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. Felix Asier hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Brasil off's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
