The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pablo Maggio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Merdin Merdaci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Clis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Pablo Maggio got control of the ball when Ceferino Uzuri tried to sneak it across the goal line. ΚΛΚΞRΘS ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Domingo Clis got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ceferino Uzuri was the one to do the kick off. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel.
