A well-hit corner resulted in Percy Medeiros heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedito Fiúza in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fumo Pocock saved Oshyros ll from getting behind. Llavallol FC's Agustin Orion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Djamel Autret in the 25th minute of play. After 26 played minutes Llavallol FC got a freekick which was hit by Percy Medeiros. In the 27th minute, Cristian Egoitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Agustin Orion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Djamel Autret in the 30th minute of the match. Agustin Orion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Egoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agustin Orion came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Oshyros ll's Djamel Autret. But to his dismay, Djamel Autret quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Abel Paixão hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Agustin Orion didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Egoitz went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Llavallol FC booed when Oshyros ll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Egoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Oshyros ll were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Oshyros ll's François Marotte was substituted for Cristian Egoitz. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when François Marotte stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
