Aristides Cesaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Napoleon Dziedelonis having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Steffen Krummwiede hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's Saul Baumer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roman Vachon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Manfredi AFC's Roman Vachon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Lastur in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Manfredi AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Baumer came free, but Roman Vachon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Manfredi AFC's Makis Antoniadis got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filomeno Remir to make the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Saul Baumer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manfredi AFC's Roman Vachon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filomeno Remir in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Napoleon Dziedelonis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florentino Lastur in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roman Vachon saved Manfredi AFC from getting behind. A collision led to Zuberbühler FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Saul Baumer hit a great ball. Zuberbühler FC's Marciano Min was substituted for Saul Lamberto. Manfredi AFC made a substitution. Ladislao Mannie replaced Aristides Cesaro. Zuberbühler FC made a substitution. Cirilo Ebardo replaced Florentino Lastur. After 89 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Baumer. Roman Vachon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Min in the 92nd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Mannie came free, but Napoleon Dziedelonis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Marciano Min came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Zuberbühler FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marciano Min couldn't finish the play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
