The Laus Deo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Uruguay's Francisco Seco in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Laus Deo's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 12th minute of play forced Laus Deo's goalkeeper Arsenio Manni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Kong Ping got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 18th match minute, Laus Deo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cacá Diniz to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Francisco Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arsenio Manni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Arsenio Manni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximiliano Escribano's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. After 41 minutes Laus Deo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaime Cazalla who took care of the corner kick. Francisco Seco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arsenio Manni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Laus Deo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaime Cazalla was slow to take the kick. During this time Uruguay's players had a chance to rest. Jaime Cazalla made a great header on Uruguay's corner, it was just that Laus Deo's Arsenio Manni managed to reach the ball for a save. Arsenio Manni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kong Ping stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Seco in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arsenio Manni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximiliano Escribano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsenio Manni having to interfere. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kong Ping in the 59th minute of play. After having played for 60 minutes, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 62 played minutes Laus Deo got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Gora. After 63 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Gisbert. The audience was convinced that Kong Ping's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 75th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. Laus Deo's Michel de Alcântara was substituted for Peder Mellingen. Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Michel de Alcântara in the 78 minute of the game. If Maximiliano Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsenio Manni having to interfere. Francisco Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Francisco Seco struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Arsenio Manni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 91st minute, but Arsenio Manni got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Laus Deo hanging dry this time. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Laus Deo's Kong Ping. But to his dismay, Kong Ping quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Laus Deo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
