In the 9th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th match minute, KD Stiger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Stark to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to KD Stiger getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Benjamin Stark hit a great ball. In the 15th minute of the match Edmundo Espiga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjamin Blixt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 21st match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Olofsson came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulf Olofsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. After a rather tough play, KD Stiger's Ernst Asmundsson got a free kick in the 26th minute. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilgot Sandberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Honduras booed when KD Stiger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvin Falck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ulf Olofsson was the one to do the kick off. Benjamin Stark struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KD Stiger. In the 53rd minute Ulf Olofsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benjamin Blixt. Benjamin Blixt yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Benjamin Blixt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Moises Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Tafalla couldn't finish the play. In the 75th minute of the match Bo Almqvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro skillfully saved the ball. In the 76th minute, Moises Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulf Olofsson in the 77th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, Vilgot Sandberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 84 played minutes KD Stiger got a freekick which was hit by Arvin Falck. KD Stiger's Benjamin Blixt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 86th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilgot Sandberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Edmundo Espiga's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Benjamin Blixt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 94th match minute, KD Stiger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulf Olofsson to maneuver through the defense. Benjamin Blixt acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 95th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Luca Espinar. The KD Stiger fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Honduras were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
