Gualterio Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of play. Godfredo Artal hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Quebrachitos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gualterio Loco quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gualterio Loco came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Gualterio Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quebrachitos FC's goalkeeper Gualterio Loco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Quebrachitos FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Godfredo Artal hit a great ball. In the 30th minute of the match Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gualterio Loco skillfully saved the ball. Gualterio Loco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 33rd minute of the match. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quebrachitos FC's goalie prevented a goal. Celedonio Gaizkine kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nestor Nuxila to make the kick off. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Gualterio Loco made a huge save. Gualterio Loco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 60th minute. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gualterio Loco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gualterio Loco. That made the score 0-5 in the 71 minute of play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Gualterio Loco made a huge save. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 79th minute, but Gualterio Loco got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Quebrachitos FC hanging dry this time. In the 80th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. When Nestor Nuxila fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quebrachitos FC's protests and gave Nestor Nuxila a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th match minute, Quebrachitos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Nuxila to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
