Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Julian Murillo kicked off to start the match. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Usain Bolt sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 10th minute of play forced Mapovihesa FC's goalkeeper Constantin Potocianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Kent Saka could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Rolando Noboa however easily saved by the left post. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Erramu in the 14th minute. Mapovihesa FC were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kálmán Pádár took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Kálmán Pádár got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Erramu, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Constantin Potocianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milagros Fraga in the 20th minute of play. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Usain Bolt in the 26th minute. Kálmán Pádár hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Luz Tejedor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 34 minutes into the game, Ramachandramurthy Ramachandran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mapovihesa FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. A collision led to Mapovihesa FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ramachandramurthy Ramachandran hit a great ball. In the 35th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantin Potocianu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Mapovihesa FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Erramu in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute of the match Mapovihesa FC got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kálmán Pádár ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Raimundo Erramu heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Usain Bolt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Usain Bolt struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Rolando Noboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mapovihesa FC. Mapovihesa FC made a substitution. Álvaro Prata replaced Raimundo Erramu. Mapovihesa FC's Jerzy Wojno was substituted for Kent Saka. Usain Bolt scored 1-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 66 minutes into the game, Mapovihesa FC's Usain Bolt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The throw-in from Rafael Figueroa in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Usain Bolt in the 79th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Mapovihesa FC's Usain Bolt. But to his dismay, Usain Bolt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 92 minutes into the game, Rafael Gallo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Constantin Potocianu. Rafael Gallo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mapovihesa FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Peru had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
