An unexpectedly hard shot by Murilo Barros Rosa in the 19th minute of play forced Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heitor Paim Belluci made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Marco Cantona sent off a good shot on target. The referee showed Ligitas Jutkus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Brazil made a substitution. Renato Belluci Rosa replaced Murilo Barros Rosa. A collision led to Vikingos FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ligitas Jutkus hit a great ball. Sebastián Sosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Paz Rocha in the 35th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Danilo Aguiar Farias made a precise shot to the right of Sebastián Sosa. Vikingos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The Vikingos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Brazil were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alexandre Paz Rocha made a kick off. Heitor Paim Belluci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Erramu in the 56th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Marco Cantona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vikingos FC made a substitution. Cássio Lopes replaced Roque Vito. A collision led to Vikingos FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Marco Cantona hit a great ball. 66 minutes into the game, Alexandre Paz Rocha lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Sebastián Sosa. Ladislao Erramu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Ladislao Erramu put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Heitor Paim Belluci. Sebastián Sosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renato Pedroso Kimura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastián Sosa was a little too slow when Renato Pedroso Kimura got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 1-3. After some careless play in the Vikingos FC defense, Murilo Bueno Lobo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastián Sosa. The Vikingos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastián Sosa should have stopped the shot. Brazil's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
