Sebastián Sosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Mccarthy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marek Torm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastián Sosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan Dixon's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Jan Dixon might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastián Sosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan Dixon ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastián Sosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Dixon in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Dixon in the 52nd minute of play forced Vikingos FC's goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
