ORIZABA F.C. were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Cavaliers FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Julian Kosakowski took the corner. When Amílton Loyola fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ORIZABA F.C.'s protests and gave Amílton Loyola a yellow card for diving instead. Amílton Loyola kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Oliver Kan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastián Villa in the 8th minute. ORIZABA F.C.'s Oliver Kan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save ORIZABA F.C. from getting a goal against them. Cornelio Villegas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyprian Oliszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cornelio Villegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Kosakowski in the 15th minute of the match. After 15 minutes of play, ORIZABA F.C.'s Julian Kosakowski made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cornelio Villegas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amílton Loyola hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Julian Kosakowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Villegas having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyprian Oliszewski in the 35th minute of play forced Cavaliers FC's goalkeeper Cornelio Villegas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Cyprian Oliszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cornelio Villegas. Cavaliers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cyprian Oliszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 38 minutes into the match, ORIZABA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sebastián Villa came free, but Oliver Kan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastián Villa in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Oliver Kan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to ORIZABA F.C. getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Leoncio Huerta hit a great ball.

After 53 minutes of play, Cavaliers FC's Sebastián Villa made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oliver Kan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 58th minute, Leoncio Huerta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cavaliers FC's Marcos Arano was substituted for Ambrosio Iratxo. Cornelio Villegas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Beattie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliver Kan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Mikeldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of ORIZABA F.C. booed when Cavaliers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Etor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 67 played minutes Cavaliers FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Etor. If Cyprian Oliszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cavaliers FC's Cornelio Villegas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Cavaliers FC from getting a goal against them. Adolfo Umea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Desiderio Rami's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oliver Kan was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Desiderio Rami's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oliver Kan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. ORIZABA F.C.'s Edelmiro Ramone managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Marcos Monsanto in the 84 minute of the game. Oliver Kan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Etxeberri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cornelio Villegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyprian Oliszewski in the 93rd minute of play.
