An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Lauro in the 10th minute of play forced americalers's goalkeeper Fabio Estebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Vikingos FC's Vladimiro Lauro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabio Estebe. That made the score 3-0 after 37 minutes of play. Vladimiro Lauro might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabio Estebe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vladimiro Lauro ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

52 minutes into the match, americalers's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Lauro came free, but Fabio Estebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. During the 54th minute of the match Matias Cordarrell completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Matias Cordarrell a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 54th minute, Matias Cordarrell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Estebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Lauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vladimiro Lauro in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Estebe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner led to Vikingos FC's Wilhelm Widberg getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Fabio Estebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilhelm Widberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kiki Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Lauro in the 63rd minute of play forced americalers's goalkeeper Fabio Estebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bon Scott kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. americalers's Fabio Estebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Erramu in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by americalers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marek Torm was slow to take the kick. During this time Vikingos FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Marek Torm got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fabio Estebe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tarmo Kaare hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. americalers's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
