The ball had pretty good speed, but Arnoud de Pelsmakere firmly grabbed it by the left post. 16 minutes in the game Leoncio Huerta did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gică Bogdan. In the 19thth minute of the game Mehat Kovaçi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ORIZABA F.C.'s Oliver Kan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oliver Kan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehat Kovaçi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Cougars FC's Arnoud de Pelsmakere got control of the ball when Edelmiro Ramone tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonel Solo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Mehat Kovaçi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Oliver Kan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eustaquio Mede fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Kan having to interfere. Arnoud de Pelsmakere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyprian Oliszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Cougars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cyprian Oliszewski came free, but Arnoud de Pelsmakere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnoud de Pelsmakere made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaroslaw Maurycy in the 44th minute. Cougars FC's Arnoud de Pelsmakere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyprian Oliszewski in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Cougars FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mehat Kovaçi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Cougars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cyprian Oliszewski came free, but Arnoud de Pelsmakere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehat Kovaçi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Oliver Kan made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Cougars FC's Jannic De Vreese got a free kick in the 65th minute. Edelmiro Ramone was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Oliver Kan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Steffen Gimlinge in the 82nd minute. Oliver Kan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eustaquio Mede went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Arnoud de Pelsmakere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Kosakowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.
