An unexpectedly hard shot by Cheng Le Xing in the 7th minute of play forced FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's goalkeeper Celso Hartz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Pakorro AFC's Cheng Le Xing nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celso Hartz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Celedonio Abajas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cheng Le Xing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 18th minute Cheng Le Xing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Hartz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Cheng Le Xing notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Celso Hartz. Celso Hartz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bogdan Samokovliyski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Abajas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute Cheng Le Xing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Hartz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celso Hartz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cheng Le Xing in the 24th minute of the match. Bogdan Samokovliyski made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Zé Paulo Hermes sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Gaston Benino got a free kick in the 28th minute. FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Celso Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cheng Le Xing in the 29th minute of play. Zé Paulo Hermes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Bogdan Samokovliyski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 33 minutes into the game, Mauricio Gonzo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pakorro AFC the free kick. Mauricio Gonzo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Celso Hartz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cheng Le Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Artun Filiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Celso Hartz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cheng Le Xing took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celso Hartz. Celso Hartz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. 46 minutes into the match, FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's goal looked a bit too open when Cheng Le Xing came free, but Celso Hartz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Pakorro AFC were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zé Paulo Hermes to make the kick off. Cheng Le Xing had several of the FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 51 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-5 score and a disappointed Celso Hartz as he didn't even see the shot coming. Pakorro AFC's Bogdan Samokovliyski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Abajas in the 56th minute of play. Celso Hartz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cheng Le Xing's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. The audience was convinced that Cheng Le Xing's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celso Hartz was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Celso Hartz was a little too slow when Cheng Le Xing got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 1-6. Pakorro AFC's Rustam Arsenievich was substituted for Cheng Le Xing. FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Celso Hartz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá from getting a goal against them. Pakorro AFC's Conrado Baudelio was substituted for Artun Filiz. The supporters of Pakorro AFC booed when FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Paulo Hermes didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Pakorro AFC's Rustam Arsenievich in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 83rdth minute of the game Celedonio Abajas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pakorro AFC's Bogdan Samokovliyski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mauricio Gonzo in the 85th minute. The corner led FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Mauricio Gonzo to fire away a dangerous shot which Bogdan Samokovliyski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's goalkeeper Celso Hartz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 90 minutes FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aşır Satılmış who took care of the corner kick. Gaston Benino hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Celso Hartz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aşır Satılmış in the 92nd minute of play. Celso Hartz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rustam Arsenievich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Pakorro AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
