Benicio Javiero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hampus Karlstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Osvaldo da Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Benicio Javiero made a huge save. In the 14th minute, Hampus Karlstedt fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Benicio Javiero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sylwester Pyrzyce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benicio Javiero made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Roque Oalo sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute, América Magics Fc's Roque Oalo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 23rd minute Hampus Karlstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Javiero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Will Goldthorpe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Rojas in the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Roque Oalo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benicio Javiero. The goal made the score 2-0. Benicio Javiero came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by América Magics Fc's Roque Oalo. But to his dismay, Roque Oalo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After having played for 34 minutes, Hampus Karlstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. América Magics Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hampus Karlstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Benicio Javiero managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when América Magics Fc's Osvaldo da Costa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Carolo Bernat got a free kick in the 38th minute. If Roque Oalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Osvaldo da Costa came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the América Magics Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo da Costa couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Hampus Karlstedt scored 4-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benicio Javiero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Will Goldthorpe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Bernat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute, América Magics Fc's Alejandro Lapurdi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alejandro Lapurdi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of América Magics Fc protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alejandro Lapurdi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for América Magics Fc! Will Goldthorpe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carolo Bernat, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldo da Costa in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benicio Javiero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. América Magics Fc's Osvaldo da Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Flavio Etxatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. América Magics Fc's Felipe Malvin was substituted for Conrado Larpe. Benicio Javiero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hampus Karlstedt's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Hampus Karlstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benicio Javiero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sylwester Pyrzyce's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. 95 minutes into the match, América Magics Fc's Osvaldo da Costa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benicio Javiero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Álvaro Fidalgo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
