The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardo Gartzen helped the player get up and apologised. Ricardo Gartzen kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 8th match minute, SMARTS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Vermudo to maneuver through the defense. The Old Boys's attentive Diamantino Ferrão managed to snatch the ball when Florencio Rosalio made a throw-in in the 11th minute of the game. Monte Susanin took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hernan Enekoitz. Hernan Enekoitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Monte Susanin put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Hernan Enekoitz. The audience was convinced that Monte Susanin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hernan Enekoitz was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. In the 24th minute, Remigio Vermudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27thth minute of the game Monte Susanin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SMARTS FC's Hernan Enekoitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by SMARTS FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Florentino Dolfo was slow to take the kick. During this time The Old Boys's players had a chance to rest. After some careless play in the SMARTS FC defense, Monte Susanin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hernan Enekoitz. The SMARTS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hernan Enekoitz should have stopped the shot. In the 40thth minute of the game Monte Susanin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SMARTS FC's Hernan Enekoitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SMARTS FC's Hernan Enekoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monte Susanin in the 42nd minute of play. Monte Susanin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hernan Enekoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monte Susanin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hernan Enekoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monte Susanin, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The Old Boys's Jose Ignazio was substituted for Florentino Dolfo. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricardo Gartzen to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Paulino Sayvion cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Hernan Enekoitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 56 minutes into the match, Paulino Sayvion had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hernan Enekoitz. SMARTS FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulino Sayvion was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Cemal Palabıyık recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 66 minutes of play, The Old Boys's Paulino Sayvion made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hernan Enekoitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to SMARTS FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ricardo Gartzen hit a great ball. Paulino Sayvion's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hernan Enekoitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Paulino Sayvion cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Hernan Enekoitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to SMARTS FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Joaquin Miro hit a great ball. Paulino Sayvion succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-10 in the 79th playminute. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Cemal Palabıyık got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 86 minutes into the match, SMARTS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Sayvion came free, but Hernan Enekoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernan Enekoitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulino Sayvion's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Joaquin Miro made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by The Old Boys's Diamantino Ferrão. SMARTS FC's Hernan Enekoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Sayvion in the 95th minute of play. Paulino Sayvion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hernan Enekoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Sayvion in the 97th minute of play. The Old Boys's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
