In the 18th minute Godofredo Remigio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olavo Henriques stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zachariasz Psotka's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Olavo Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charlie Grantham in the 24th minute of the match. With a little luck, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Lu Zhen Sheng got control of the ball when Geronimo Salomone tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Cardozo in the 27th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olavo Henriques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Otto in the 32nd minute of play. In the 36th minute Geronimo Salomone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tayyar Taner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lu Zhen Sheng having to interfere. DREAM TEAM WORLD made a substitution. Paulo Jon replaced Zachariasz Psotka. Eustacio Gonsalvo hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Waldemar Cardozo ran back to his position shaking his head. Lu Zhen Sheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İskender Baki Sabi in the 67th minute of play.
