Vampiros Aztecas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that İskender Baki Sabi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's goal looked a bit too open when İskender Baki Sabi came free, but Juan Chayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 minutes of play, Vampiros Aztecas's Thomas Verheydt made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olavo Henriques was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olavo Henriques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Verheydt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Racing Club's Olavo Henriques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Verheydt in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Verheydt in the 23rd minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Hernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Juan Chayo made an important save on a dangerous shot by İskender Baki Sabi in the 24th minute. Dé Töpper fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavo Henriques having to interfere. When Racing Club's İskender Baki Sabi in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vampiros Aztecas's goalie prevented a goal. Juan Chayo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but İskender Baki Sabi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 33 minute of play. After 36 minutes of play, Racing Club's İskender Baki Sabi made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Chayo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Vampiros Aztecas booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmond Suetens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Edmond Suetens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

After a rather tough play, Vampiros Aztecas's Benicio Cedro got a free kick in the 52nd minute. İskender Baki Sabi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Chayo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, İskender Baki Sabi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but İskender Baki Sabi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Chayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juan Chayo came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Racing Club's George Orwel. But to his dismay, George Orwel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. In the 70th minute George Orwel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Macedonio Fonticoba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavo Henriques having to interfere. Vampiros Aztecas's Rolf Weyand was substituted for Macedonio Fonticoba. Hugo Hernandez made in the 79th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Benjamin Wood. In the 80th minute, Rolf Weyand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 81st minute by Benjamin Wood got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 83 played minutes Vampiros Aztecas got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Hernandez. In the 89th minute, Joaquin Uxio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolf Weyand in the 91st minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vampiros Aztecas's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
