Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Stig-Ove Lundblad got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Eberhard Pietta notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Kosteños's Oswaldo Murillo. Oswaldo Murillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stig-Ove Lundblad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Jonatan Cloyo made a huge save. Oswaldo Murillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Avellaneda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oswaldo Murillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Avellaneda in the 12th minute of play. If Qerim Shala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Informaniaticos's Jonatan Cloyo got control of the ball when Eugenio Chayo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Antoni Amorebieta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonatan Cloyo. That made the score 1-1 in the 20 minute of play. Antoni Amorebieta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonatan Cloyo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antoni Amorebieta got free with Jonatan Cloyo in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 33 minutes Informaniaticos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eugenio Chayo who took care of the corner kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stig-Ove Lundblad got free with Jonatan Cloyo in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonatan Cloyo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antoni Amorebieta in the 40th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramón Menendez in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oswaldo Murillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oswaldo Murillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Avellaneda in the 44th minute of the match. If Stig-Ove Lundblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stig-Ove Lundblad might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonatan Cloyo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stig-Ove Lundblad ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 75th minute, Eugenio Chayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eberhard Pietta in the 76th minute of play forced Kosteños's goalkeeper Oswaldo Murillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Informaniaticos's Jonatan Cloyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoni Amorebieta in the 78th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
