Samuel Evarado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Barna in the 21st minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mohamed Bale was the one to do the kick off. Samuel Evarado made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when 贺文斌 sent off a good shot on target. Samuel Evarado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 贺文斌 in the 58th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Soli Deo Gloria's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Corderro came free, but Brian Johnson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hermosillo FC's Baltasar Jesco got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Soli Deo Gloria's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Jesco came free, but Brian Johnson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Bernabe Ladio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Soli Deo Gloria booed when Hermosillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernabe Ladio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Soli Deo Gloria's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Jesco came free, but Brian Johnson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th match minute, Hermosillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomasz Jajko to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Hermosillo FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Tomasz Jajko hit a great ball. Hermosillo FC's Samuel Evarado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agix Banos in the 86th minute of play. Brian Johnson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Jesco in the 90th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Agix Banos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Baltasar Jesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermosillo FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
