In the 18th minute, Amadeo Tavio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peter Blomkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emilian Bălășoiu having to make a save. Emilian Bălășoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Blomkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 25 minutes into the game, Berkan Tufan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Racing Clube Zacatecas's Honorio Enaut quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 26th minute Peter Blomkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilian Bălășoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The wind increased when Peter Blomkvist made the kick off in the second half. If Peter Blomkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 52 minutes into the match, Racing Clube Zacatecas's goalkeeper Emilian Bălășoiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peter Blomkvist. Blas Frances hit a great ball. Racing Clube Zacatecas made a substitution. Amadeo Tolino replaced Ariel Iratzeder. In the 66th minute, Blas Frances hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Pietro Salles dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emilian Bălășoiu, 0-7. 75 minutes into the game, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Pietro Salles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
