Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off. After 4 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Gisbert. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikos Stavrou in the 8th minute of play. Nikos Stavrou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Fanis Peros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikos Stavrou in the 22nd minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Nikos Stavrou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Theagenis Giannou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nikos Stavrou went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 31 minutes into the match, Lipochσrion FC's Nikos Stavrou sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 36 minutes into the game, Nikos Stavrou recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Nikos Stavrou showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Theagenis Giannou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patricio Costa went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Nikos Stavrou kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 5-1 in the 42 minute of play. In the 44th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nikos Stavrou in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The supporters of Venezuela booed when Lipochσrion FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikos Stavrou didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Nikos Stavrou had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nikos Stavrou was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. In the 58th minute, Pantelis Mamidakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute Nikos Stavrou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Lipochσrion FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute of the match Fanis Peros sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikos Stavrou in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikos Stavrou in the 80th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikos Stavrou, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Iraklis Akrivakis kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After having played for 92 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Lipochσrion FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
