Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Xu Le Shu sent off a good shot on target. 4 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Xu Le Shu came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xu Le Shu in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Barbaros Seçkin took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, SRP-Laguna's Xu Le Shu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xu Le Shu in the 22nd minute of the match. Vânderson Penha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Xu Le Shu made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, SRP-Laguna's Xu Le Shu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xu Le Shu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of Venezuela:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SRP-Laguna:s goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 44th minute. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Xu Le Shu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. After 47 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. SRP-Laguna's Rafael Furtado was substituted for Deivid de Sena. After 48 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Xu Le Shu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. When SRP-Laguna's Xu Le Shu in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Xu Le Shu managed to get in a good position for a shot. SRP-Laguna's supporters rose to their feet, but Xu Le Shu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Xu Le Shu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Xu Le Shu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xu Le Shu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. SRP-Laguna's Frasier Crane was substituted for Xu Le Shu. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frasier Crane in the 82nd minute of the match. Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Emirşah Öktemer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patricio Costa's late challenge caught a SRP-Laguna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Costa helped the player get up and apologised. After 88 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frasier Crane, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frasier Crane in the 94th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Correa was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frasier Crane in the 98th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frasier Crane, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute.
