In the 45thth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gnaget United FC's Ronnie Hellström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Chile were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jose Manzanedo made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Gnaget United FC's Okaner Dilşad. After 54 minutes, Carl Kling made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Chile's Thiago Pliego tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Carl Kling took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bogdan Utretskiy during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 96 played minutes Gnaget United FC got a freekick which was hit by Bogdan Utretskiy. Chile's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Gnaget United FC had won, even though Chile had held more of the ball.
