Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Edmund Schoettle started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Kristian Willem Neuling came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. 9 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Kristian Willem Neuling was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 12th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Tiger's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Kristian Willem Neuling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Tiger defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristian Willem Neuling. The Tiger fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristian Willem Neuling should have stopped the shot. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Detmar Stuchtey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 27th minute of play forced Tiger's goalkeeper Kristian Willem Neuling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fulko Schwaderer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Tiger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Detmar Stuchtey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kristian Willem Neuling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 34th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristian Willem Neuling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiger's Kristian Willem Neuling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Kristian Willem Neuling. Tiger's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After a rather tough play, Tiger's Manuel Gebauer got a free kick in the 46th minute. Manuel Gebauer kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Tiger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Gebauer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Tiger booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Tiger's goalkeeper Kristian Willem Neuling had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. 56 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Edmund Schoettle came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute Fulko Schwaderer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Kristian Willem Neuling was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tiger's Ken Raus was substituted for Fulko Schwaderer. After a rather tough play, Tiger's Detmar Stuchtey got a free kick in the 74th minute. Kristian Willem Neuling came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Agustín Saelices. But to his dismay, Agustín Saelices quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Valentin Loos's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentin Loos helped the player get up and apologised. Valentin Loos hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Tiger's Kristian Willem Neuling proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Tiger from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Tiger's Bruno Mätz got a free kick in the 95th minute. Ecuador played a much better game than Tiger and deserved their victory. The Tiger players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
