Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mauricio Manuelo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Mauricio Manuelo scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Mauricio Manuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Manuelo in the 17th minute of play. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Manuelo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Talleres were awarded a corner. Jorge Martínez went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Mauricio Manuelo drilling the ball in to score 2-0 behind Venezuela's goalkeeper. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Alfredo Tab kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Fedele Talamo kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. The supporters of Talleres booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Talleres's Mauricio Manuelo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the match, Mauricio Manuelo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauricio Manuelo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Talleres made a substitution. Izydor Bugajski replaced Perico Pérez. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Manuelo in the 55th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Talleres's Mauricio Manuelo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 62nd minute Mauricio Manuelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. When Mauricio Manuelo came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Talleres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauricio Manuelo couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 74th minute. Mauricio Manuelo scored 8-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauricio Manuelo's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. In the 87th match minute, Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josef Tunberg to maneuver through the defense. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 91 minutes in the game Aldo Gonza did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Josef Tunberg. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Manuelo in the 96th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Talleres players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
