Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Tasis kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Apocalipse FC booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Marcos Rodrigues in the 5th minute really tested Benito Sanz's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Marcos Rodrigues took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Benito Sanz to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Apocalipse FC's Nico Alcântara got a free kick in the 13th minute. Jailson Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, one of Costa Rica:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gianluigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 24th minute of play. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Marcos Rodrigues sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Apocalipse FC's Tiago Gabriel Brodel got a free kick in the 34th minute. Jailson Sousa struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apocalipse FC. Marcos Rodrigues could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Marcos Rodrigues came free with the goalkeeper in the 44th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Benito Sanz could save by the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcos Rodrigues was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Abel Carballo got a free kick in the 51st minute. Marcos Rodrigues was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 52nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 55th minute, Marcos Rodrigues made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Thanks to some nice moves Axel Tasis could shoot a difficult shot in the 63rd minute, which Gianluigi Buffon however easily saved by the left post. In the 65th minute Marcos Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Eliseo Noboa fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Eliseo Noboa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Noboa to maneuver through the defense. When Nico Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Apocalipse FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nico Alcântara couldn't finish the play. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Axel Tasis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Apocalipse FC's Jailson Sousa in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Rodrigues in the 89th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Rodrigues in the 92nd minute of the match. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Rodrigues in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Rodrigues came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Apocalipse FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
