In the 9th minute, Attila Kádár ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Cura was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Attila Kádár might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Cura. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Attila Kádár ran back to his position shaking his head. 14 minutes into the match, Barcelona Sporting Club's goal looked a bit too open when Attila Kádár came free, but Flavio Cura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Barcelona Sporting Club's Flavio Cura got control of the ball when Attila Kádár tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th match minute, Barcelona Sporting Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincente Cabanela to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Artigue in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulf Skoog saved Stardust Unicorns XI from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Pedro Artigue put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ulf Skoog. If Attila Kádár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Barcelona Sporting Club's Flavio Cura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Barcelona Sporting Club from getting a goal against them. Attila Kádár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavio Cura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attila Kádár, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Attila Kádár in the 30th minute of play forced Barcelona Sporting Club's goalkeeper Flavio Cura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th match minute, Stardust Unicorns XI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel Turbatu to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute Attila Kádár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Cura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Vincente Cabanela fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barcelona Sporting Club's protests and gave Vincente Cabanela a yellow card for diving instead. Stardust Unicorns XI's attentive Bengt-Rune Nord managed to snatch the ball when Vincente Cabanela made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. Ulf Skoog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Artigue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Artigue was the one to do the kick off. Attila Kádár blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Cura having to make a save. Flavio Cura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Attila Kádár in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Stardust Unicorns XI's Attila Kádár sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Cura narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Attila Kádár took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavio Cura. Flavio Cura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Cristinel Turbatu hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Ulf Skoog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from De-la-Cruz Avecilla in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Attila Kádár in the 78th minute of play forced Barcelona Sporting Club's goalkeeper Flavio Cura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Barcelona Sporting Club's goal looked a bit too open when Attila Kádár came free, but Flavio Cura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Attila Kádár cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Flavio Cura was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stardust Unicorns XI's Attila Kádár got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Stardust Unicorns XI had won after a very even match.
