But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseu Alagoano couldn't finish the play. Vute Baliev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseu Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Sidnei Dionísio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vute Baliev was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a little luck, 卡納里尼奧 FC's João Vítor Guimarães got control of the ball when Toni Nenchev tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to DARAS getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Vinnie Jones hit a great ball. Vute Baliev came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by 卡納里尼奧 FC's Elias Damasceno. But to his dismay, Elias Damasceno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The DARAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. DARAS made a substitution. Matey Shumanski replaced Nano Mitrashkov. João Vítor Guimarães didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gonzo Ivanov went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. DARAS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
