In the 20th match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseu Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. Pegaso's Silvestre Toribio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jefferson Maia in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to Pegaso getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Domingo Crescencio hit a great ball. The supporters of 卡納里尼奧 FC booed when Pegaso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Colas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teo Phelipe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor Guimarães having to interfere. In the 44thth minute of the game Jefferson Maia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pegaso's Silvestre Toribio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 55th match minute, Pegaso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Sazon to maneuver through the defense. Silvestre Toribio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jefferson Maia in the 57th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Pegaso's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseu Alagoano came free, but Silvestre Toribio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Alagoano in the 59th minute of play forced Pegaso's goalkeeper Silvestre Toribio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Célio Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Severino da Cunha was substituted for Sidnei Dionísio. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvestre Toribio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eliseu Alagoano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pegaso's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Eliseu Alagoano scored to the left of an out of position Silvestre Toribio, making the score, 1-1. After a rather tough play, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Célio Albuquerque got a free kick in the 86th minute.
