Guido Luar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Salomon in the 8th minute of play. Danilo Ireno's late challenge caught a ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danilo Ireno helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th match minute, Los Gallos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Ireno to maneuver through the defense. ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Faustino Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Bilintx in the 19th minute of play. Mariano Damario hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 25 played minutes ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Chuse. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Salomon in the 27th minute of play forced Los Gallos's goalkeeper Guido Luar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emiliano Orlondon got free with Guido Luar in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Faustino Horado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Neron in the 34th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Benjamin Pudes notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Los Gallos's Guido Luar. Guido Luar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 45th minute Eulalio Bilintx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Los Gallos's Ramon Corderun was substituted for Danilo Ireno. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodoro Salomon to strike the kick off in the second half. Faustino Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Chago, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd match minute, Los Gallos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Corderun to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Teodoro Salomon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 60th minute, Primitivo Chago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valentin Neron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Horado having to interfere. A collision led to Los Gallos getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ramon Corderun hit a great ball. After 78 minutes, Mariano Damario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ and the Los Gallos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 79 played minutes ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Damario. In the 89th minute, Aaron Polentzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Los Gallos's Guido Luar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Salomon in the 93rd minute of play. A collision led to Los Gallos getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Teodosio Montxo hit a great ball. ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
