The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Kania Gostyń's Flavius Beca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armindo Salgado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Flavius Beca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armindo Salgado. VB-Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Flavius Beca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Armindo Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavius Beca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armindo Salgado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessio Mao in the 20th minute. Alessio Mao who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Armindo Salgado when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mattias Jonasson during the 21st minute. After 30 minutes Kania Gostyń's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Álvaro Rezende who took care of the corner kick. In the 33rd minute Kania Gostyń were awarded a corner. Balaban Gazel went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Alessio Mao almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but VB-Team's Armindo Salgado did a great save. In the 35th minute Flavius Beca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 37 minutes, Alessio Mao managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kania Gostyń's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessio Mao was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Severiano Oliverio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armindo Salgado having to make a save. Qiu Sheng Bang's late challenge caught a Kania Gostyń's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Qiu Sheng Bang helped the player get up and apologised. Balaban Gazel took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armindo Salgado. Armindo Salgado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Armindo Salgado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flavius Beca's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. In the 54th minute, Alessio Mao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kania Gostyń fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 58th minute, Alessio Mao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute Luís Caeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boruc Furgal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Flavius Beca came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Kania Gostyń fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavius Beca couldn't finish the play. VB-Team's Yu Ke Hong was substituted for Qiu Sheng Bang. 65 minutes into the match, Flavius Beca notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of VB-Team's Armindo Salgado. Armindo Salgado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Alessio Mao came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Kania Gostyń fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessio Mao couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute Wiktor Falkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wiktor Falkiewicz struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Armindo Salgado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kania Gostyń. The audience thought a goal was coming when Traian Hăvârneanu got free with Boruc Furgal in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 84th match minute, Kania Gostyń was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessio Mao to maneuver through the defense. Arthur Guerra made in the 87th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Yu Ke Hong however managed to control. Severiano Oliverio hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goal looked a bit too open when Alessio Mao came free, but Armindo Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kania Gostyń's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
