Syrianska Kerburan FC's Rickard Bergren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 13th minute of play forced Syrianska Kerburan FC's goalkeeper Rickard Bergren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Villa. In the 17th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Bergren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delfino Carro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rickard Bergren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 37th minute of play. Ivan Navarro's late challenge caught a Syrianska Kerburan FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 39 minutes of play, Syrianska Kerburan FC's Walter 刘伟升 made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valentín Carvallo during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentín Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Villa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rickard Bergren was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Luca Espinar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Rickard Bergren made a huge save. Börje Pihlwall hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Vatan Özguner in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Luca Espinar.
