Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gianfranco Saron made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th match minute, Valle Saron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joakim Back to maneuver through the defense. Emiliano Saron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Valle Saron's Rolando Noboa threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gianfranco Saron, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Emiliano Saron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Saron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Valle Saron's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Emiliano Saron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 17th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Luz Tejedor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Emiliano Saron was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emiliano Saron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Saron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valle Saron's Emiliano Saron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milagros Fraga in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute of the match Peru got a corner. Valle Saron's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Valle Saron's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. In the 41st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Saron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Peru were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. Peru's Eliseo Mina got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gartxot Cerredo made in the 53rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. With an all-out effort, Peru's Emiliano Saron threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Julian Murillo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Julian Murillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Emiliano Saron skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Joshua Saron replaced Gringo Saron. The supporters of Peru booed when Valle Saron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 75th minute, Arí Saron made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joakim Back in the 80th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Emiliano Saron in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Valle Saron's goalie and right to Rafael Gallo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Valle Saron's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chumo Salces, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí Saron in the 93rd minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Arí Saron cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
