In the 15th match minute, Deportivo David Mardel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo Ranolfo to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Deportivo David Mardel's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Gogo Leguizamón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Cirilo Ranolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo David Mardel's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gogo Leguizamón came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gogo Leguizamón took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Julio Poncio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gogo Leguizamón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A well-hit corner resulted in Alberto Tafalla heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gogo Leguizamón quite easily take care of the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Deportivo David Mardel's Gogo Leguizamón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 54th minute of play. Gogo Leguizamón didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Facundo Cadaval couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 73rd minute of play forced Deportivo David Mardel's goalkeeper Gogo Leguizamón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gogo Leguizamón saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gogo Leguizamón made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Gogo Leguizamón in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 85 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Facundo Cadaval. In the 89th minute, Facundo Cadaval left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Leguizamón having to interfere. If 曾诚枫 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
