Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marian Balint took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marian Balint took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 14 minutes into the game, Berkan Temel lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basarab Panduru, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, New York Red Bulls's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Eduardo Pereyra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Basarab Panduru was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Basarab Panduru. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basarab Panduru in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to New York Red Bulls getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Anton Tăutu hit a great ball. The supporters of New York Red Bulls booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marian Balint went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Eduardo Pereyra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basarab Panduru in the 84th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the New York Red Bulls players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
