Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 3rd minute of play forced Cityzens Mdz's goalkeeper Melkior Thorslev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Damaso Lain came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Cityzens Mdz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damaso Lain couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Lain in the 11th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Cityzens Mdz were awarded a corner. Hillar Tuus went to the cornerflag to take it. 16 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melkior Thorslev. Cityzens Mdz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 18th minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melkior Thorslev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cityzens Mdz's Sixto Larra got a free kick in the 24th minute. Melkior Thorslev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 28th minute of the match. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Damaso Lain tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 38th minute of play forced Cityzens Mdz's goalkeeper Melkior Thorslev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Melkior Thorslev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damaso Lain might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damaso Lain ran back to his position shaking his head. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Lain in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th minute Damaso Lain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Damaso Lain made the kick off in the second half. Cityzens Mdz's Melkior Thorslev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 54th minute of play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Lain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute Damaso Lain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cityzens Mdz's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Alberto Tafalla scored to the left of an out of position Melkior Thorslev, making the score, 0-2. 60 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Lain came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico were furious when Lorenzo Cazalla was red carded, 63 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mexico! Mexico:s Dante Lacasa showed great skill when he stopped Hillar Tuus:s penalty. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 68th minute. The corner ended in Luca Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cityzens Mdz's Melkior Thorslev did a great save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damaso Lain in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Cityzens Mdz's Alberto Argider got a free kick in the 74th minute. Melkior Thorslev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Lain came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Leonardo Leoz in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cityzens Mdz's Alberto Argider. After 80 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Mancebo. In the 81st minute, Damaso Lain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Cityzens Mdz's Alberto Argider got a free kick in the 84th minute. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Lain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th match minute, Cityzens Mdz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Argider to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cityzens Mdz.
