Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sean Hollingsworth started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Leonardo Leoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 3rd minute Luca Rouco suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 3 minutes into the game, Benji Corby was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dorking United FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. Mexico made a substitution. Jonathan Atenas replaced Luca Rouco. Benji Corby kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zack Bye in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Sean Hollingsworth came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 14th minute, Dorking United FC's Sean Hollingsworth ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Dorking United FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Donald Forrest hit a great ball. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dorking United FC's goalkeeper Isaac Prutton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Dorking United FC defense, Lautaro Mancebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isaac Prutton. The Dorking United FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isaac Prutton should have stopped the shot. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zack Bye in the 37th minute of play. Felix Luque hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Sean Hollingsworth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaac Prutton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The Dorking United FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. After 54 played minutes Dorking United FC got a freekick which was hit by Donald Forrest. Isaac Prutton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 57th minute of play. Isaac Prutton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 59th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Dorking United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Atenas came free, but Isaac Prutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Isaac Prutton in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Zack Bye came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dylan Pearce who took care of the corner kick. In the 83rd minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isaac Prutton was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 87th minute of the match, Luca Zorita tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Isaac Prutton saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 89th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Prutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 played minutes Dorking United FC got a freekick which was hit by Noel Whittaker. In the 97th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Facundo Cadaval made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Dorking United FC's Isaac Prutton managed to reach the ball for a save. Isaac Prutton made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. The Dorking United FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mexico's performance. The match ended with a win for Mexico.
